I'm Shaun Hughston, and I'm based in Sydney, Australia. 

I love speculative fiction, especially themes around the intersection of tech and humanity, religion, and dystopia.

I write flash fiction and short stories that imagine familiar, but disconcerting timelines, and places.

I publish my writing weekly on my Substack, Speculative Signals.

Currently studying an MA in Literature and Creative Writing at Western Sydney University, with plans to graduate in a future where AI has become sentient.

In my work life I run Agility, a tech consultancy, focussed on the domains of automation and AI.
